While my initial goal was to use up some of my fabrics and make preemie quilts for Brenner Children's hospital, it's also been a chance for me to practice my free motion quilting. It's been fun sewing again and I hope someone on the receiving end will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them. Not sure if you can click on them to make them bigger. This one was small samples of fabric, about 8" that I pieced together with yellow to form this baby quilt.
This one was a panel of little frogs with a yellow strip. Rather than cutting it off I decided to try my hand a writing with my sewing machine on the side, the same quote as around the frogs.
This was a small panel in the middle. I had to add yellow on the sides and turquoise at top and bottom. Happened to have 3 little cats I could cut out and applique to stretch out the design.
